The best part of my job is seeing two people so happy , in love, all day. Jessica and Turner's happiness and warmth was contagious to me and all their loved ones. The way they look at each other warm my heart and I truly believe they will look at each other like this for the rest of their lives. Congrats you two, I wish you all the best!
Words from the bride
1. The best part of my day was walking down the aisle and seeing Turner. Even though we did a first look, which was amazing, there was so much more emotion seeing him in that moment. I was smiling and giggling down the aisle because after months and months of planning, you forget that you are marrying your soulmate, and in that moment all I saw was my husband and the future that we are going to have together, mixed with all love and joy from guests, that feeling is pure bliss.
It was very important to us to have an "In memory table" for the loved ones who were watching from Heaven especially my dad. I saw the idea on Pinterest and I cut two hearts from one of my dads favorite shirts and had it sewn into my dress and my sisters and to add to this, my mother in law made a charm for my bouquet with a picture of my my dad and I, as well as pin to wear on the inside of my dress. This led to why we choose or venue. Redondo Beach has always help great memories of my dad and I and when Turner and I toured The Redondo Beach Historic Library, we both fell in love it.
2. I have lots of future advice for brides but I will start with this one first, meet multiple vendors and shop around, you want to make sure that you and your vendors vibe together and that they are able to interpret your visions for your wedding. Second, it isn't always possible but try to find a venue that has packages. Our venue included everything in their package except photographer and florist, which was really convenient when it came to making decisions. Third, picking a bridal party and putting together a guest list can be very stressful because everyone you know will want to be invited and it is isn't possible to please everyone. Fourth, give yourself plenty of time between engagement and wedding to plan and scaffold everything that needs to get done. My last piece of advice is to have fun!! The day of your wedding will go by so fast, so make sure to find a moment, look around and take it all in!
